By accessing or using EventPilot AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

EventPilot AI provides software for guest management, RSVP workflows (including AI voice and IVR), hotel and transport allocation, QR check-in, dashboards, and related event operations features as described on our website and order forms.
Features may change over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material changes that affect paid subscriptions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
You may not use the service to send unlawful communications, harass individuals, infringe intellectual property, or upload malicious code. You may not attempt to bypass security or access data belonging to other customers.
You retain ownership of guest lists and event content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for obtaining consents and complying with laws applicable to your events, including telecom, privacy, and hospitality regulations for voice RSVP and guest outreach.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
We may suspend access for overdue payments after reasonable notice.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Operational decisions at live events remain your responsibility. EventPilot AI is a tool to improve coordination—not a substitute for on-ground judgment.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate according to the subscription agreement. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach or legal risk.
These terms are governed by the laws specified in your enterprise agreement, or otherwise the laws of India with courts in Bengaluru having exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
